Updated delivery policy wording

UK ORDERS

All UK orders include free Standard delivery, fully tracked and delivered in around 3 working days.

Need it sooner? Upgrade to Express delivery for £2, delivered in around 1 working day.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the following working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available services and final shipping cost.

For EU orders under £150, we cover the applicable new €3 import duty charge our end, so we're keeping the same promise: the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders above £150, or orders to destinations where additional local taxes, duties or customs charges apply, may incur charges that are the responsibility of the recipient.
