Collection Protection is a trading name of PokéProtection Ltd.
We take product safety and regulatory compliance seriously. Products placed on the UK and EU markets are assessed against the legal requirements applicable to the relevant product and market.
Depending on the product, these requirements may include the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), REACH, applicable packaging and Extended Producer Responsibility requirements, and other relevant product-specific legislation.
CE marking is used only where the product falls within legislation that specifically requires CE marking.

PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION
Where required, relevant product-safety and traceability information is provided on the product, its packaging, accompanying documentation and/or the relevant online product listing.
This may include:
- manufacturer details
- EU Responsible Person details
- product or batch identification
- applicable safety instructions
- warnings or precautions
- other information required for safe use and traceability
If you have a question about the safe use of one of our products, please contact us and include the product name and, where available, your order number or relevant batch/product information.
REACH & CHEMICAL COMPLIANCE
Where applicable, we assess our products and supply chain against relevant requirements of the EU REACH Regulation.
REACH can impose obligations concerning substances contained in finished articles, including requirements relating to certain Substances of Very High Concern where applicable.

CE MARKING
Not every consumer product requires a CE mark.
CE marking is only required for product categories covered by EU legislation that specifically requires it. Products that are not subject to those requirements must not be CE marked.
Where CE marking is legally required for a Collection Protection product, the relevant conformity requirements will be addressed for that product.
REPORTING A PRODUCT SAFETY ISSUE
If you believe a Collection Protection product may present a safety issue, stop using the product where appropriate and contact us as soon as possible.

- any product, batch or packaging information available

Packaging-disposal requirements vary by country.
Please follow the information shown on your packaging together with the relevant local waste and recycling instructions.
ITALY — ISTRUZIONI DI SMALTIMENTO

Italian rules currently require consumer packaging to provide the packaging-material identification code and collection instructions. Digital channels can also be used to provide the information, provided customers are clearly directed to it and the information is specific and easy to understand.

FRANCE — CONSIGNES DE TRI
Emballages à trier.
Suivez toujours la signalétique Triman / Info-tri présente sur le produit ou son emballage.
De manière générale:
- Boîtes et emballages en papier/carton: bac de tri
- Emballages en plastique, films et sachets: bac de tri
- Séparez les différents éléments lorsque la signalétique Info-tri vous le demande
La signalétique figurant sur votre emballage indique les consignes applicables au produit concerné.
French government guidance confirms that Info-tri identifies which components should be sorted and where they should go; as of 2026, all plastic packaging in France goes into the household sorting stream.
OTHER COUNTRIES
For destinations not specifically listed above, follow the recycling and disposal instructions printed on the packaging and the rules of your local authority.
Recycling systems and waste classifications vary between countries and regions.
